“A true photograph need not be explained, nor can it be contained in words.”

Ansel Adams

I’ve always believed in the transformative power of a single photograph. With its ability to seize an instant, an emotion, or a fleeting expression, it speaks to us with a silent eloquence that is unique to this medium. From joy to sorrow, love to apathy, beauty to the mysteries of the dark, every frame can evoke deep emotions within us. This profound connection is precisely why I am so passionate about photography.
My name is Kasra Normofidi. I embarked on my journey into the world of DSLR photography in February 2009 with a Nikon D40. Over the years, with continual curiosity and an ever-present desire to learn, I’ve expanded my collection of lenses and equipment and also moved more from photographing objects to people. The wisdom and insights shared by my friends and family have been invaluable to me.
This blog isn’t necessarily meant to inspire the everyday bloggers who seek simplicity in everyday moments, but rather to share my personal perspective and chronicles through the lens. However, if you do find a fragment of inspiration here, I’ll be more than honored.
Understanding that there’s a vast ocean of online photo blogs and that your time is precious, I genuinely appreciate every moment you spend here. Your feedback and input would greatly help me continue to learn and evolve. I hope you enjoy the photos and become a regular visitor to this site.
